Meditation Tracker – Build the Habit, Keep the Chain

This tracker is all about consistency. Life happens, and missing a day is inevitable—but this prevents one day from becoming two, three, four, or more.

Start with Your WHY:

At the top of your tracker, write one word that represents what you’re seeking through meditation. ‘'Peace’, ‘Clarity’, ‘Strength’. Whatever it is, let it be your anchor. When excuses like “I’m too tired” or “I’m too busy” creep in, your ‘why’ will remind you that meditation matters more than the excuse.

The 2-Minute Rule

Overwhelm stops habits before they start. That’s why all it takes to put an X on your tracker is just two minutes of meditation. Two minutes keeps the chain intact and reinforces your identity as someone who meditates—every day.

Small actions. Big shifts. Keep going.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, like the world is moving too fast and you can’t catch your breath—I see you. I’d planned to hold this class live, but instead, I want to gift you this free meditation class—a space to soften, exhale, and find your way back to yourself.

✨ Inside this class:

🌬️ Wave Breath (Ujjayi Pranayama) – A rhythmic, oceanic breath to soothe the nervous system.

🌑 Embracing the Shadows – A shift in perspective on the feelings we tend to resist.

🧘‍♂️ It’s Okay to Relax – A soft landing place, easing survival energy back into stillness.

Even when life feels heavy, home is still within reach. This class is my gift to you—I hope it brings the comfort you need. 💙

Wave Breath (Ujjayi Pranayama)

This breathwork practice evokes the sound and rhythm of ocean waves, using deep, soothing inhales and exhales to calm the mind and body. By gently constricting the back of the throat as you breathe, you’ll tap into the flow of water, creating a meditative state while promoting emotional release. The smooth, continuous rhythm of your breath mimics the ebb and flow of the ocean, offering a grounding experience.

Embracing the Shadows

In this practice, we shift our perspective on difficult emotions like anxiety, sadness, and tension. Rather than viewing them as enemies, we recognise them as messengers of the body. This exercise invites you to listen to these feelings with compassion and curiosity, allowing them to communicate and guide you toward healing.

It’s Okay to Relax

This practice is all about finding stillness within yourself. You’ll observe any restlessness or impulses to move without acting on them, focusing on where tension resides in your body. Through gentle, mindful breathing, you’ll create space and softness within this tension. With the mantra “It’s okay to relax,” you’ll guide your body and mind to release survival energy, inviting a deep sense of ease and calm to wash over you.
