Here’s a quick overview of the powerful practices covered to connect to the fire within:

Kapalabhati (Skull Shining Breath): A dynamic pranayama to energise the body, clear the mind, and activate the Manipura chakra (solar plexus).

How to Practice:

1. Sit comfortably with a straight spine.

2. Inhale passively, allowing your belly to expand.

3. Exhale forcefully through the nose, contracting your abdominal muscles (like a belly pump).

4. Repeat for 30–50 breaths, then take a deep, slow exhale.

5. Complete 2 more rounds and relax with calm, steady breaths.

6. Sit quietly and observe the energised, yet calm, state of your body and mind.

Surya/Agni Mudra: A mudra that channels fire energy, cultivating inner strength and vitality. Use this during meditation or pranayama to deepen your connection to the fire element.

Inner Fire Meditation: A guided journey to awaken and harmonise your inner flame, merging it with the universal flow.

How to Practice:

1. Sit comfortably with a straight spine. Light a candle or focus on warmth.

2. Visualise a flame at your solar plexus. Let it grow with each inhale and spread warmth with each exhale.

3. Reflect on fire’s dual nature: creation (passion) and destruction (release).

4. Let the flame expand throughout your body, burning away negativity and leaving clarity.

5. Return the flame to a steady glow at your solar plexus. Sit in stillness, feeling empowered.

Agni Tattva Dharana: this is a fire element meditation. Becoming aware of the element of fire within and around the physical body is the objective of this practice. We eventually realise that the fire within and around us is the same. We see that there's really no 'me fire element or other fire element, it's all the same. As we reflect on this, we become aware of the inner and outer fire merging. Becoming one with the flow of the universe once again
