What to expect:

Vagal Breathing

Vagal breathing: this stimulates the vagus nerve, which can induce the relaxation response. This is an effective remedy in stressful situations. 1. Sit quietly with eyes closed 2. Easily breathe in to the count of four 3. Breathe out to the count of four, then pause for a count of one 4. Repeat for a minimum of 5 minutes 

Shuni Mudra

Shuni Mudra, or the Seal of Patience, involves touching the tip of the middle finger to the tip of the thumb while keeping the other fingers extended. This gesture is said to cultivate discipline, focus, and inner strength, helping to deepen your connection to patience and perseverance during meditation or daily life.

Embracing the Unseen Within

Retreat into your consciousness: focus on something you would usually run from or suppress. Don’t search for it, allow it to arise within you. Then create space for that part of yourself and let it retreat into the comfort of your awareness. You need do nothing more than this. Your attention was all the expression of energy needed all along.

The Root of All Emotion

In this meditation, you will explore the spectrum of your emotions—both challenging and joyful—by bringing them into focus one by one. As you allow each emotion to arise, you’ll gently trace it back to its centre, discovering that every feeling, no matter how difficult, ultimately stems from a deep well of love within you. This practice fosters compassion, self-awareness, and a sense of unity with your emotional self.
